Relationship With Your Energy Utility

In some cases, you may opt in to sharing energy data from your utility provider. In this scenario your energy utility will provide us with your energy usage information under strict confidentiality restrictions. The personal information Databrook receives from your utility will not be shared with any third-party without your explicit consent.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Website. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.

Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Data Retention

When you sign up through the Site, we will maintain your Billing Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
